Toodledo: How to use access Toodledo via email
The page explains how to control Toodledo by email. To add a task, you send the task name in the subject line to your secret Toodledo email address, then add symbols for priority, due date, start date, folder, context, goal, status, tags, time, repeat pattern, reminder, location, and notes. The email body becomes the task note, and attachments are included on Gold Subscriber accounts only.
It also explains how to retrieve tasks by sending an email that starts with a question mark. You can filter by priority, due date, start date, folder, context, goal, status, tag, star, or location. The server may take 1 to 2 minutes to process the message, and the reply goes to the email address registered on the account.
