A passagem é de Meditações, livro II, 4, na tradução de Gregory Hays (Modern Library, 2002), cujo texto termina em “it will be gone and will never return”; o cartão do Daily Stoic omite o segundo “will”. Na tradução de Meric Casaubon a mesma passagem aparece como “there is but a certain limit of time appointed unto thee”.
