Invitation for the New Members of Kung Fu Family

The post explains that Moy Yat treated the start of his Kung Fu Family as the moment he entered the Ip Man Family. From that perspective, everything that followed, including the opening of the Moy Yat Family, depended on that earlier entry.

It then describes an invitation to join the Kung Fu Family as both a personal and formal act. The writer recalls inviting Alexandre Ribeiro in 2012 and, three years later, inviting Fabiano Granado, Dani Eustáquio, and Vagner Marinho after they took part in the “Ving Tsun Experience” module in the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intelligence Program. The invitation is presented as a rite that gives shape to the desire to join and as a way for participants to recognize themselves as descendants of Grand Master Moy Yat. The post closes by saying that entering the Kung Fu Family does not grant powers, but calls for learning to value everyday moments and to build one’s own history within the path.
