5 Techniques to Clarify Your Dreams and Goals

The post offers five exercises to make dreams and goals more specific. It begins from the idea that you may not yet know the direction of your dreams, then asks you to examine what you want others to say about you, what defines you now, what your best day looks like, what an ideal life would contain, and what advice your inner voice gives.

It also says that once these exercises make your goals clearer, the next step is to start changing your life, remove obstacles, and pursue those goals persistently. It ends by pointing to GoalsOnTrack’s vision board tool as a way to visualize goals online and get a clearer sense of what accomplishment looks like.
